Terms & Conditions

1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please be assured that every item is checked thoroughly before posting.

2. Items are sold on first come first serve basis but do take note that item(s) will only be reserved for 48 hours.

3. For ATM transfer, please retain your transfer receipt until we have confirmed your sale for verification purposes.

4. Kindly e-mail us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

5. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be sold to the next buyer.

6. Due to different exposure on the camera, a slight change in the colour of certain items may appear.

7. Seller bears no responsibility for any loss or damages incurred in the shipping process.

HOW TO ORDER;

[Shipping Option] (Pos Ekspres/Pos Laju)
[Phone Number] (for Poslaju)

2. After submission of the order form, kindly wait for confirmation e-mail from us which includes the total amount to be paid, payment instructions, and availability of the item(s) you ordered.

3. We will try our best to reply as soon as possible but if you happen not to hear back from us by the next day, please contact us again as there may have been some technical problems.

4. Kindly, make your payment within 24 hours of receiving confirmation e-mail. Delays in payment could result in the item being sold to other customers.
